Administration
We recommend and engage contractors and maintenance from an extensive list, including attorneys, C.P.A’s, engineers, and architects.

Finance & Accounting
Cammarata Management provides continuous delinquent account preparation and collection advice, adherence to the Association’s C.P.A. in tax return preparation, and financial reporting.

Supervision & Maintenance
We ensure contractors meet all insurance and financial requirements, conduct regular facility inspections, and investigate energy conservation methods.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Some commonly-asked questions about property management and homeowners associations.

A: Management companies provide services such as general clearing house problem solving, advisors for homeowners and HOA Board of Directors, assessment collections, subcontractor supervision procuring subcontracted service bids, and providing financial statements and collection reports

A: The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) are the rules of the planned covenanted communities. The goal of the CC&R’s is to protect, preserve, and enhance community property values. CC&R’s are recorded by the county recorder’s office and are included in the property title. Failure to abide by the CC&R’s may result in a fine to a homeowner by the Association.

A: The Homeowner’s Association (HOA) is a corporation and its governing body is required to oversee its business. The Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners, or as otherwise specified in the bylaws. Limitations of Board powers are specified in the Association’s governing documents.
