I have had pleasant interactions with Emmy and the company as a whole. They have been great during the repair of multiple leaks discovered in my unit.
Extremely knowledgeable and approachable owner. Really knows his stuff. You can tell he cares about his properties. Honest and straight forward answers. Have dealt with many management companies through the years and I haven’t ever come across someone who goes above and beyond like Steve Cammarata.
My personal dealings with Cammarata Management for the most part have been positive. In cases where property owners have had a problem and they have made me aware of it, the problem was easily resolved and procedures and or rules changed when necessary.
